Our fourth annual Atelier East Summer Exhibition opened at the Angles Theatre on July 1st 2009. Please vote for your ‘Best in Show’ here…

The winning artist, chosen by your votes, will receive a gorgeous trophy and a solo exhibition at the Angles Theatre. There is also a prize for the photograph that receives the most votes!
From over 100 entries around 35 artworks have been selected for the exhibition, and around 20 of these will formed something new for this year- the Horsefair Art Trail which will ran from from 1-4 July. Selected pieces from local artists were displayed in store windows throughout the centre as an additional attraction for visitors during the Rose Fair celebrations. As visitors made their way through the centre to view the artwork they also discovered some fun facts about each artist too!
A special opening reception was held on Sunday 5th July from 6-8pm for all the artists and their friends and families, with live music from Mesh-29 (amazing), a prize raffle with the proceeds going to Macmillan and a buffet for everyone to enjoy.
The Summer Exhibition is supported by: Fenland Citizen, Angles Theatre, The Horsefair Shopping Centre and Total Image Nation.
1-31 July at the Angles Theatre, Wisbech.
Opening reception: 6-8pm on Sunday 5 July.
