Our Fenland Scrapstore Had a Lovely Day at the Oasis Centre!
Yes we did… thank you very much! We held our latest event on May 4th, and, even if we do say so ourselves, it was a roaring success with over 100 people attending! The Oasis Centre kindly hosted the event and a massive thanks is owed to them and to everyone who helped out and to everyone who attended and made the day such fun! The hall was bustling with representatives from schools, pre-schools, local businesses, clubs and even individuals rummaging through some great materials to do lots of arty projects!
Our Liam said, ‘It was an amazing day. We had lots of people queuing up well before we even opened! Events like these really show how much of a need there is for a resource like Fenland Scrapstore and I am really proud and lucky to be able to be a part of this’.
We even got some lovely feedback…
‘Really good, loads of stuff for collage and displays.’
‘Very useful for school -art, DT materials.’
