Atelier East Summer Exhibition - 12 Aug - 24 Sept 2011

Last year we were thrilled to have our Summer Exhibition at the glorious Wisbech and Fenland Museum, and this year we were even more delighted to be invited to return!

The Opening Reception will be from 7-9pm on Friday 12th August, we will have wine and a lovely buffet, as well as a raffle and some fantastic live music! We hope that you will be able to join us and enjoy the exhibition that we have selected for you. There is a fabulous mix of works from local and international artists.

Music at the opening will be provided by local choir, Cantus, who have performed both locally and throughout the country and recently performed a concert for the Wisbech Rose Fair. They will be followed by Neil Cousin with an acoustic set, Neil has an album out later this year, so this is a great chance to experience an intimate performance from him.

As always we will be looking for your ‘Best in Show’ - please vote for your favourite piece of art in the exhibition. Voting slips will be available at the Museum from the 12th, and the voting will go live on the website on the 13th August. Your ‘Best in Show’ will win a beautiful glass trophy and the opportunity to have a solo exhibition with Atelier East at Octavia View, Wisbech.

The exhibition will continue until 24th September 2011.
